I got asked where in my room the Whaler doll lives.
Well he lives on a pile of books on one side of my desk, but he shares the space with a very old and very wise Plague Doctor called Serge, who is a very very old OC of mine.
The Doctor’s presence in drawings and places helped me get through the darker times of high school and college, when I felt I was loosing everything really badly back then.(and I still turn to him for help when I feel like I cant handle stuff even now) Though it was only a couple years ago that I gave Serge a physical form because he became a little neglected from my drawings….He was also the first doll I ever made…
The Whaler well..he just lurks about and likes to torment my cat.
So yes, This is where the Whaler lives and that is his room mate. (They do argue sometimes over space but mostly get along fine!)
Well I was asked if I have any animal OC that I RP anywhere and the answer is yes I do have two OC that I used to RP (I’m a little retired from it now.) But I do still doodle them from time to time as they make a nice break from always drawing my human OCs. (Though these two do actually have alternate human forms, maybe I shall draw them sometime.)
This has been a personal project of mine for the last week and a bit. I finally felt in the mood to start stitching again and I really love the Whalers from Dishonored. So much so that I wanted one of my own to sit upon my desk and guard my stuff for me when I’m not here.
Materials Used : Papermache, acrylic paint (for the mask) Leatherette, cream faux suede, light brown cotton drill, white velvet, and real leather for the two belts. The doll was completely hand sewn, stuffed with polyester allergen free stuffing and stands about 14 inches from heel to head.
Hes probably the biggest of all the soft doll I’ve made so far.
Also No, I’m not selling him or giving out my patterns, so please do not ask me to.
Art from a month or so ago, used a pose reference from these lovely cosplays by 66myth
This was drawn up mostly so I could practice my darker scenes and my light sourcing.
This is also the last CP fanart I’m doing ever as I am sick and tired of people taking it and reposting my work or using it in their badly thought out AMV with out even asking for my permission to do so!
(Which I’d likely say no to anyway, but that is still no reason to do things with out asking.)
Finished a while ago, only just got round to uploading. Gift art for a blog, the characters name is Macy and they seem pretty epic, some details on the outfit are probably off but it was a quick draw. everyones-favorite-cannibal.tu…
Tactical Pug, Generation Kitty’s friend.
Eventually they’ll get proper names or something.
Nothing to spectacular just a quick drawing. Not particularly relevant to anything other than the fact I was watching Generation Kill while doodling.
I don’t know what this is but I saw it in with a bunch of drawings a friend has on DA and its really really cute. So I doodled it.
Sometimes I just like to animate pretty things.
Yes that is the same snow I used when I did that Lifey image that one time, only this time I drew the entire picture.
With the Expo this weekend I wanted to get this done and uploaded before I either forgot to finish it or got to lazy to upload it.
